What this page covers

These terms apply to the website: reading it, and contacting us through it.

They do not describe the service. What we do for a client, what it costs, who owns what and how either side ends it all live in the signed services agreement. Where this page and that agreement disagree, the agreement controls for anyone who has signed one.

The offer we publish

We publish the price and the work it covers so you can see both before you ever speak to us. That is a description of what we sell, and we can change it.

Nothing on this site is an offer you can accept by clicking, and reading it does not put either of us under any obligation. A price becomes binding when it is written into an agreement we both sign.

No promise of a result

Charts and sample reports on this site are illustrations. They are not client data and they are not a forecast.

Search rankings, map positions and AI answers are decided by Google and by other companies whose systems we do not run and whose rules change without telling anybody. We do not guarantee a position, an amount of traffic, a number of calls, a job, or any revenue. Anyone in this business who guarantees you a ranking is either guessing or lying.

Using the site

Read it, print it, send it to whoever you like. What you may not do:

• Try to reach any part of it that is not public, or any system behind it.
• Automate requests at a rate that degrades it for anyone else.
• Use it to send anything unlawful, or to impersonate somebody.
• Copy the copy, the design or the code to run a competing service.

We may block access to anyone doing any of that, without notice.

What belongs to us

The writing, the design, the mark and the code on this site are ours, and stay ours.

That is separate from client work. A website we build for a client belongs to that client outright, from launch, as their agreement says.

Getting in touch

Emailing us, calling us or asking for the free audit does not make you a client and creates no obligation on either side. That starts when an agreement is signed.

Send us only what you are comfortable sending. Email is not a secure channel, so do not put passwords or account access in one.

Links to other sites

Where this site links somewhere else, that place is not ours and we do not control what it says or does. Its own terms and privacy rules apply once you are there.

Availability and warranties

The site is provided as it is. We may change it, move it or take it down at any time, with no notice.

We do not warrant that it will be available, uninterrupted, error free or current, and to the fullest extent the law allows we disclaim the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

Liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for lost profits, lost business or lost data, arising out of your use of this website.

Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence. If you are a client, the caps and carve-outs in your signed agreement govern the services rather than this paragraph.

Privacy

What we collect and what we do with it is on the privacy page, which is part of these terms.

Governing law

Florida law governs this page and any dispute arising out of it, without regard to conflict of law rules.

The state courts located in Pasco County, Florida and the federal courts whose district covers it have jurisdiction over any such dispute, and you consent to their jurisdiction and venue.

Changes

We may update this page. The current version is always the one here, with its date at the top, and it applies from the moment it goes up.
