Why there is only one thing to buy.
Tiered packages exist so an agency can sell you a cheap one and hold the rest back. The bronze plan never had enough in it to move anything, and after six months of nothing you either upgrade or quit.
Getting a roofer found takes the website, the Google Business Profile, the reviews and the AI answers working together. Sell half of that and you have sold something that cannot work. So there is one package and everyone gets all of it.

Why three months
Google takes a few months to trust a rebuilt site, so a one-month trial would only ever show you the bill. Three months is the shortest run where you can see whether the numbers are moving. After that it is month to month and you can stop whenever you want.
How you pay
Bank transfer, charged automatically the day the invoice issues. No card fees to work around and nothing for your office to chase. You get the invoice by email either way.
What you own
The website, on your domain, in your name. If you leave, you keep it and we hand over the files and the logins. Your Google Business Profile stays yours the whole time, and we work inside it as a manager.
Residential, commercial or both
Same price. Commercial work needs different pages and different keywords, and that is covered. Tell us what you actually chase and we build for that.
Worth it or not
Do the math on your own numbers.
Take what one replacement is worth to you, take the share of it you keep, and work out how many extra jobs a year would make this pay. Most roofers know that number inside a minute. We are not going to guess it for you or put someone else's return in a slide.
If the number comes back and it does not work for your business, say so and we will leave you alone. We would rather be out of business than take money from a roofer we cannot move.

Is there really no set-up fee?
No set-up fee. The website rebuild is the biggest piece of work in the whole package and it happens in the first weeks, which is exactly when most agencies charge a build fee on top. It is in the monthly price instead.
How long before I see anything?
The first month is mostly build. Google Business Profile work and review responses start showing up early. Rankings on the rebuilt site move over the following months, and how fast depends on how competitive your area is and what shape your current site is in. We record where you stand before we touch anything, so every report shows the distance travelled.
What happens if I cancel?
After the three months you can stop at the end of any month. You keep the website, the domain and the content. We hand over the logins and get out of the way.
I already have a website I paid a lot for.
Tell us and we will look at it. Sometimes a site is fine structurally and the problem is that nothing on it answers what homeowners search. Sometimes it is built on a platform that cannot rank no matter what goes on the pages. We will tell you which one you have before you sign anything.
What do I get before I sign anything?
We run the searches a homeowner in your area runs and send you back what came up: where you rank, where you sit in the map results, and what the AI answers say. It costs you nothing and you keep it.
Who actually does the work?
We do. There is no account manager passing your file to a content farm. We write your pages and the reply to the review about nails left in the driveway.
