How it works

From the first call to the first report.

You have been sold marketing before and it went quiet after the invoice cleared. Here is every step of ours, including the parts we need from you.

Weeks one to six

Getting you built.

  1. We show you where you stand

Tell us your company, your city and your website. We run the searches a homeowner in your area runs and send you back what came up. You keep it whether or not we ever work together.

  2. We record where you stand today

Before we touch anything, we pull your current position for every keyword we are going to track and ask every AI platform what it says about roofers in your area. That is your starting line and it gets saved.

This has to happen first because it cannot be reconstructed later. A rank on a Tuesday is gone by Friday. Every report you get from then on measures against the day before we started, which is the only honest way to show whether we did anything.

  3. You give us access, and only the access we need

Manager access on your Google Business Profile, your CRM, and wherever the current site lives. We never take ownership of your Google profile. The system we run on cannot store it, so it is not a policy you have to trust us on.

  4. We learn your business

What you actually sell, what you turn down, which towns are worth the drive, what your crews are good at, what your competition does. This is the conversation a generic agency skips and then spends your first six months learning at your expense.

  5. We build the site

Every page gets drafted and put on a staging link before anything goes live. You read it. Where a page says something about your work, your warranty or your licence, you are the one who decides whether it is right.

  6. We launch it properly

Every address on your old site gets pointed at the right page on the new one before the switch. Miss those and Google drops the rankings you already had, which is how a rebuild ends up costing a roofer calls. Our system refuses to launch a site until that map is complete, so it cannot be skipped on a busy week.

Every month after

The rhythm once you are live.

  1. The work goes out

Posts on your profile weekly, photos off your jobs, a new article, a page rewritten, listings kept clean, a written response to every review that lands.

  2. We watch the weather

Official storm reports get pulled every day and matched against the counties you cover. When something lands that actually did damage, your storm page goes live for it.

  3. We measure the same things every time

Same keywords, same AI questions, same day of the month. Changing what gets measured is how agencies make a flat month look good, so what we measure is fixed at the start.

  4. You get the report and a call

The report opens with what we committed to and what we delivered. If a number is short, it says so and it says why. Then half an hour on the phone about what is next.

Your side of it

What we need from you.

Short list, and none of it is a full-time job. It does not work without these four things though, so they are worth saying up front.

Access

Manager on the Google profile, a login for the CRM, and whoever holds your domain reachable for one afternoon at launch.

Photos

Your crews already shoot jobs for the insurance file. Getting those into the CRM is the whole ask, and it is the single biggest lever you control.

An hour, twice

One to tell us how your business really runs, one to read the site before it goes live. After that it is half an hour a month.

Somebody answering the phone

We can make it ring. A missed call is a job that went to whoever picked up, and call tracking will show you exactly how many of those there were.

If you leave

You keep everything.

The website is on your domain and in your name from the first day. Cancel and you keep the site, the pages, the photos and the content. We hand over the files and the logins and remove ourselves from your Google profile.

There is nothing built into this that holds your business hostage. If we are not earning it, the exit should be clean, and a package that only works because leaving is painful is not a package worth selling.

Find out where you show up today.

Send us your company, your city and your website. We will run the searches a homeowner runs and send you back what came up.
