What's included

The whole job, written out.

This is the work, and it is the same list that goes in your contract. Nothing here is metered out against a monthly count: the commitment is that this work is done, and done properly, for as long as you are a client.

First cycle

Built once, at the start.

The heavy work happens in the first weeks. None of it is a set-up fee.

Your new website
A full rebuild on your domain: home, every service you sell, every town you cover, and the pages that answer what homeowners type before they call. Built to load fast on a phone in a driveway. It is yours from day one.
At onboarding
Technical audit and fixes
Everything under the hood that stops a site ranking: broken links, missing redirects from the old pages, slow images, pages Google was never allowed to read.
At onboarding
Markup that tells engines who you are
The code behind your pages that spells out your name, your trades, your service area and your licences in the format search engines and AI models read. This is a large part of why an AI names you at all.
At onboarding
Google Business Profile audit and rebuild
Categories, service area, hours, description, photos and every field most roofers leave half filled. Wrong categories alone can keep you out of the map for the searches that matter.
At onboarding
Services and products on the profile
Every job you take, listed on the profile properly so Google can match you to the search instead of guessing.
At onboarding
Directory listings built
Your name, address and phone number filed correctly across the directories that feed maps and AI answers, done for you as a batch at the start. One wrong old address in the wrong place drags on everything else.
At onboarding
Manufacturer listings
The contractor finders run by the manufacturers you are certified with. Homeowners shopping shingles land on those pages and they carry real weight.
At onboarding
Your AI question set
The list of questions we ask ChatGPT, Perplexity, Google AI Overviews and Gemini every month on your behalf. Written for your trades and your service area, then tracked from there.
At onboarding
Storm pages written in advance
The storm content built and sitting ready before the weather arrives. Writing it after the hail is how you miss the week that mattered.
At onboarding
Your dashboard
A link you can open any day to see rankings, calls and what has been published. No login to remember and nothing for you to operate.

Every month

What lands in your report each month.

The ongoing work. Some of it you will see land, some of it you would only notice if it stopped.

Google posts
Posts on your profile through the month: a job you finished, an answer to a common question, a seasonal warning. Activity on a profile is a ranking signal and most roofers post nothing.
Monthly
Job photos uploaded
Real photos off your jobs, sent through however suits you, loaded onto the profile with the work described. Send us more and we will use more.
Monthly
Every review answered
Written under your name, in a voice that sounds like a roofer instead of a template. The bad ones get a calm reply that moves it to a phone call, which is what the next homeowner reading it is actually judging.
Every review
Articles that answer real questions
What a roof replacement costs in your area, how long it takes, what happens with the insurance claim. These are the pages AI models quote from.
Monthly
Existing pages rewritten
Pages that are close to the top get reworked until they get there. Cheaper than new pages and they move faster.
Monthly
AI visibility pull
We run your question set against the AI platforms and record what came back, word for word, next to last month.
Monthly
The monthly report
The work we published that month, and where your rankings, map positions and AI answers stand now next to where they stood the day you started. Calls are on the dashboard, which is live rather than monthly.
Monthly
A call with us
Half an hour on what moved, what did not, and what you are seeing on your end. Tell us the phone is quiet and we will go find out why.
Monthly
Hosting, security and backups
The site stays up, stays encrypted and stays backed up. No separate hosting bill and nobody to call when something breaks.
Continuous
Speed check
A slow site loses homeowners on cell service in a driveway, and Google counts it. Checked monthly and fixed when it slips.
Monthly
Suspension watch
Google suspends roofing profiles regularly and often for nothing. We watch yours and start the reinstatement the day it happens instead of the week you notice.
Continuous
Policy watch
Google changes the local rules quietly and often. We follow where those changes surface so your listing is not the one that finds out late.
Continuous

Every quarter

The deeper passes.

Quarterly review
A proper sit down on the three months: what the numbers did, what we are changing, what we want from you. The first one lands at the three-month mark, which is where you decide whether to carry on.
Quarterly
A test to lift the call rate
Ranking gets a homeowner onto the page. This is the work that gets them to tap the number: what the top of the page says, where the button sits, what proof is above the fold.
Quarterly
Technical sweep
Sites rot. Links break, plugins age, pages slow down. A quarterly pass catches it before a ranking does.
Quarterly
Listing fixes and new directories
Directories go stale and new ones matter. Top-up work on top of the batch built at the start.

When it happens

Work the calendar does not decide.

Everything above happens on a rhythm. This does not: it happens when the hail lands, when a job finishes, when you add a town. Promising a set amount of storm work in a quiet month would be inventing weather, so we do not.

Storm pages

We watch the official storm reports every day. When hail or damaging wind lands in your counties, the page that was written in advance goes live for that storm while homeowners are still on their phones looking at the ceiling.

Job showcases

A page per finished job, built from your photos: the problem, the work, the materials, the timeline. No homeowner names or addresses ever appear on one. How many we build depends on how many jobs come through with usable photos.

New service and city pages

Every service and town you cover today is built into the rebuild at the start. When you add a trade or push into a new town after that, the page for it gets built.

Spam takedowns

Fake listings and lead-generation profiles with no office sit in every roofing map. We file to get them removed when they turn up in your area, which moves you up without you doing anything.

Call tracking

You will know what made the phone ring.

Every call gets tracked back to where it came from: the map, a search, a storm page, the article about insurance claims. Recordings and call history sit in your dashboard.

This is the part that ends the argument about whether marketing is working. When you tell us the calls are quiet, we can open the numbers and see whether they are actually quiet, whether they are landing and not converting, or whether your office is missing them.

Homeowner details stay locked to your account and never appear on a public page.

Find out where you show up today.

Send us your company, your city and your website. We will run the searches a homeowner runs and send you back what came up.
